与华中农业大学合作研究发现，电压力锅烹饪不同食物有着不同适合的烹饪压力，同一食物在不同烹饪过程中的适合烹饪压力也不同。电压力锅行业难题就是米饭吸水不均匀，煲汤不浓。本项目解决了上述行业难题，同时通过无极变压，使得烹饪不同的食物时，有着不同适合的沸腾烹饪压力，并且在整个烹饪过程中不同的时间段变化控制不同的沸腾烹饪压力。改变了广大消费者对电压力锅的传统认识，从根本上解决了烹饪性能瓶颈，在行业极具同质化的今天，从用户痛点出发，为行业指明创新方向，促进了行业创新进程。应用该项目的产品获得了中国家电研究院认证的用户体验评测A级标准，并特授予“UET”证书，同时产品自上市以来，一直位于行业产品销量前列。

In the cooperative research with Huazhong Agricultural University, Midea discovered that electric pressure cooker has different suitable cooking pressure according to different food and the suitable pressure for one kind of food changes during different cooking process. One problem that the electric pressure cooker industry encounters is that the rice absorbs water heterogeneously and the soup cooked by the product does not taste rich. The project solved the problem. Besides, through stepless voltage transformation, it makes the electric pressure cooker have different suitable boiling cooking pressure when cooking different food and the pressure vary during different time quantum. It changes consumers’ traditional cognition about electric pressure cooker, fundamentally solves the cooking performance bottleneck. As the industry has been highly homogenized, the product developed based on user pain spot guides the innovation direction for the industry, promotes the innovation progress of the industry. The electric pressure cooker has won the A standard in user experience testing authenticated by CHEARI, and has been awarded UET certificate. Moreover, the sales volume of the product has been leading the industry since it began selling in the market.
